Meet Jaclyn

Eight years ago, I became a mom. After a lifetime of people-pleasing and high-achieving, I suddenly found myself responsible for raising an entire human— and nothing had prepared me for how unsteady that would feel.

Anchored is the space I wished I had back then.

In a world full of noise, unsolicited advice, and pressure to be everything to everyone, it’s easy to lose your footing. My goal is to help you rediscover your footing. No pressure, just steady evidence-based support, honest conversation, and practical tools that actually work.

This isn’t just a space for moms who are struggling, it’s for all of us trying to move through motherhood with more intention, without losing ourselves in the process.
